Goals courtesy of Deigo Chavez (OG-32'), Ernesto Cristaldo (65'), and Jair Reynoso (89') enabled The Strongest to bounce back from a two-goal deficit and gain a 3-3 road draw with already-eliminated Universitario de Deportes. Raul Ruidiaz (28'), Christofer Gonzales (37'), and Alexi Gomez (56') each tallied once for the Peruvian club.

At Lanus, Argentina:
Carlos Araujo (71') and Oscar Benitez (89') provided the scoring as Lanus blanked visiting Cerro Porteno 2-0.
