UEFA Champions League, Group A: Mattress Makers Too Much For Malmo; Legend Knock Off Juve At Home

Group stage play in the UEFA Champions League reached the midway point on Wednesday with eight games, two of them being contested in Group A.

At Madrid:

Five different goal scorers each delivered a tally, beginning with Koke in the 48th minute (shown here beating goalkeeper Robin Olsen and defender Erik Johansson) as Atletico Madrid blasted open a contest that was scoreless at halftime and demolished visiting Malmo FF 5-0.

At Piraeus, Greece:

Pajtim Kasami scored the only goal of the match in the 36th minute (he's shown here celebrating after scoring) as Olympiacos knocked off visiting Juventus 1-0.
