UEFA Champions League, Group B: Galacticos Leave Liverpool Red-Faced At Anfield; Late Goal Carries Ludogorets Past Basel

Two games were played on Wednesday as Group B action in the UEFA Champions League reached the midway point.

At Sofia, Bulgaria:

Yordan Minev scored the only goal of the match in the opening minute of second-half stoppage time as Ludogorets Razgrad defeated visiting FC Basel 1-0.  That's him celebrating after scoring his game winner.

At Liverpool, England:

Goals from Cristiano Ronaldo (23') and Karim Benzema (30', 41', that's him celebrating with teammates after his second score) enabled Real Madrid to dominated Liverpool 3-0 on the road.
