In Wednesday's FIFA Club World Cup semifinal contest, Roberto Firmino scored the winning goal in the opening minute of second-half stoppage time as Liverpool defeated Monterrey 1-0 to advance to Saturday's final against Flamengo (9:30 AM Pacific Time).
The third-place match between Monterrey and Al-Hilal will take place earlier that day (6:30 AM Pacific Time)
