Matias Iglesias' equalizer in the 76th minute lifted Atromitos to a 1-1 Monday Greek Super League road draw with Panathinaikos.  Jose Verdu Toche Nicolas coverted a penalty kick for the hosts in the 40th minute.

Panathinaikos One Draw Away From Shot At Champions League

Sotiris Ninis scored the only goal of the match in the 65th minute on Wednesday as Panathinaikos defeated Atromitos 1-0 on the road in Greek Super League Champions League Qualifiers playoff action.  The Shamrock now lead the final playoff group by two points over AEK Athens and can lock up a berth in the third qualifying round for next season's Champions League with a win or draw at home on Sunday against AEK.

Jose Verdu Toche Nicolas' equalizer in the 55th minute carried Panathinaikos to a 1-1 Wednesday home draw with Atromitos in the Greek Super League Champions League Qualifiers Playoff opener for both clubs as they, as well as PAOK FC and AEK Athens are in a four-club playoff for a spot in the UEFA Champions League's third qualifying round.  Olympiacos, who won the regular-season crown, will be playing in the Champions League group stage next season.  Miguel Garcia scored in the fourth minute for the guests.
