Luke Summerfield scored the only goal of the match at 47 minutes as Plymouth Argyle, relegated from the League Championship stunned hosts Southampton 1-0 Saturday in the English League One season opener for both clubs.

Saints Relegated To League One
England's Football Association on Thursday imposed a 10-point penalty on League Championship club Southhampton under the FA's insolvency rules.
This means that the Saints, who were playing in the Premiership as recently as 2005, will begin play next season in League One, or the third division of English soccer.
