AFC Champions League

Eight games were played on Tuesday as AFC Champions League group-stage action resumed.

GROUP B:

At Al Ain, United Arab Emirates:

Pakhtakor Tashkent, with Igor Sergeev's equalizer scored in the second minute of first-time stoppage time,  gained a 1-1 road draw with Al-Ain FC. Jires Kembo-Ekoko scored for the hosts in the 20th minute.

At Riyadh, Saudi Arabia:

Vahid Amiri (57'), Amir Motahari (83'), and Reza Aliari (90') each scored a second-half goal as Naft Tehran dominated Al Shabab 3-0 on the road.

Group B Standings:

1. Naft Tehran FC (GP: 4; GD: +3; PTS: 7)
2. Al-Ain FC (GP: 4; GD: +1; PTS: 6)
3. Pakhtakor Tashkent FK (GP: 4; GD: 0; PTS: 5)
4. Al-Shabab (GP: 4; GD: -4; PTS: 2)



GROUP D:

At Tabriz, Iran:

Omar Al Somah scored twice (73', 90') Al-Ahli Jeddah gained a 2-2 road draw with Tractor Sazi.  Vicenta Edinho (59') and Shahin Saghebi (77') each scored a goal for the hosts.

At Qarshi, Uzbekistan:

Al-Ahli Dubai defeated Nasaf Qarshi 1-0 on the road, thanks to Everton Ribeiro's goal in the 81st minute..

Group D Standings:

1. Al-Ahli (Saudi Arabia) (GP: 4; GD: +3; PTS: 8)
2. Al-Ahli (United Arab Emirates) (GP: 4; GD: 0; PTS: 5
3. Nasaf Qarshi (GP: 4; GD: -1; PTS: 4)

GROUP F:

At Seongnam, South Korea:

Guangzhou R&F held hosts Seongnam FC to a 0-0 stalemate.

At Buriram, Thailand:

Kotaro Omori scored the winning goal in the 87th minute as Gamba Osaka defeated Buriram United 2-1 on the road.

Group F Standings:

1. Buriram United FC (GP: 4; GD: +1; PTS: 7)
2. Seongnam FC (GP: 4; GD: +2; PTS: 7)
3. Guangzhou R&F (GP: 4; GD: 0; PTS: 4)
4. Gamba Osaka (GP: 4; GD: -3; PTS: 4)

NOTE:  Buriram United has defeated Seongnam once thus for in the group stage.



GROUP H:

At Sydney, Australia:

Go Yo-Han's equalizer in the 72nd minute lifted FC Seoul to a 1-1 road draw with the Western Sydney Wanderers.  Kerem Bulut scored for the hosts in the 12th minute.

At Kashima, Japan:

Yashusi Endo scored the winning goal in the fourth minute of second-half stoppage time as Kashima Antlers upended visiting Guangzhou Evergrande Taobao 2-1.

Group H Standings:

1. Guangzhou Evergrande Taobao (GP: 4; GD: +2; PTS: 9)
2. FC Seoul (GP: 4; GD: 0; PTS: 5)
3. Western Sydney Wanderers FC (GP: 4; GD: +1; PTS: 5)
4. Kashima Antlers (GP: 4; GD: -3; PTS: 3)

NOTE: FC Seoul scored one away goal in their two contests against Western Sydney Wanderers.
