At Guadalajara, Mexico:
Arturo Gonzalez scored the only goal of the match in the 39th minute as Club Atlas defeated visiting Atletico Mineiro 1-0.
At Santiago, Chile:
Luis Alfonso Paez (30'), Omar Sebastian Perez (46'), and Yerry Mina (67') each scored a goal as Independiente Santa Fe dominated Colo-Colo 3-0 on the road.

GROUP SIX:
At Buenos Aires:
Rodrigo Mora scored twice (42', PK-52') as River Plate locked up a berth in the knockout stage with a 3-0 home domination of Club Deportivo San Jose, ending the tournament for the Bolivian club.
At Chiclayo, Peru:
Enrique Esqueda produced a hat trick (10', 16', 73') while Jonathan Espericueta delivered the game winner in the 81st minute as Tigres, who already locked up a Round-of-16 berth, defeated home-standing Juan Aurich 5-4 on the road and eliminated the Peruvian club from the tournament.
