At Tehran, Iran:
Mehdi Taromi's successfully-converted 61st-minute penalty kick carried Persepolis to a 1-0 home win over Al-Nassr.
At Doha, Qatar:
Vladimir Weiss scored the only goal of the match in the 43rd minute as Lekhwiya defeated visiting FC Bunyodkor 1-0, placing the Uzbek club on the cusp of elimination.

Nasser Al Shamrani (46') and Yasir Al Shahrani (6') each scored a goal as Al-Hilal FC blanked visiting Foolad FC 2-0.

Leandro Montera da Silva (23'), Masato Kudo (29'), and Cristiano da Silva (32', 76') delivered the goals to carry Kashiwa Reysol to a 4-4 road draw with Shandong Luneng Taishan. Wang Yongpo (4'), Junior Urso (34'), Walter Montillo (37'), and Yang Xu (PK-49') each scored once for the hosts.
At Thu Dau Mot, Vietnam:
Abass Cheikh Dieng delivered the equalizer in the third minute of second-half stoppage time as Becamex Binh Duong gained a 1-1 home draw with Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors, still not enough to avoid elimination from the tournament. Eninho scored for the South Korea club in the 31st minute.

At Suwon, South Korea:
Kwon Chang-hoon (51'), Seo Jung-jin (59'), and Yeom Ki-hun (65') each scored a second-half goal as Suwon Samsung Bluewings defeated the visiting Brisbane Roar 3-1.
