MLS: NYC FC, Revs Score Wednesday Wins; Quakes Held To 1-1 Home Draw By Impact

Three games were contested in Major League Soccer on Wednesday.

At New York:

Frank Lampard (20', his first MLS goal) and Patrick Mullins (77') each scored a goal as New York City blanked visiting Toronto FC 2-0.

At Foxborough, Massachusetts:

Diego Fagundez (2') and Kelyn Rowe (65') each scored once as the New England Revolution seized first place in the Eastern Conference following their 2-1 home victory over the New York Red Bulls.

At San Jose, California:

Kyle Bekker's equalizer in the 65th minute lifted the Montreal Impact to a 1-1 road draw with the San Jose Earthquakes.  Chris Wondolowski scored for the hosts in the 35th minute.
