In Saturday's UEFA Champions League Final, Sergio Ramos scored for Real Madrid in the 15th minute, then Yannick Carrasco equalized for Atletico Madrid in the 79th minute. With the score deadlocked at 1-1 through 120 minutes (including 30 scoreless minutes of overtime), Lucas Vazquez, Marcelo Vieira, Gareth Bale, the aforementioned Sergio Ramos, and, with the game winner, Cristiano Ronaldo all converted their spot kicks as Los Galacticos took the penalty-kick shootout 5-3 at the Mattress Makers expense and captured their eleventh European club championship.
