Persepolis and hosts Nasaf Qarshi battled to a 0-0 stalemate.


At Doha, Qatar:


Baghdad Bounedjah scored twice (9', 53') as Al-Sadd held off visiting Al-Wasl 2-1 to lock up a berth in the knockout stage.

Marcus Berg converted two penalty kicks (40', 45'+2) as Al-Ain blanked visiting Al-Hilal 2-0.


At Tehran, Iran:


Server Djeparov (4') and Varya Ghafouri (PK-58') each scored once as Esteghlal blanked visiting Al-Rayyan 2-0 to lock up a berth in the knockout stage----and eliminated the Saudi club in the proccess.
