Huge Crowd In LA To Watch Doubleheader

On Sunday, at an exhibition match before a sellout crowd of 92,650 fans at the Los Angleles Memorial Coliseum, FC Barcelona began their tour of these United States with a 1-1 draw against Chivas de Guadalajara. This was the second half of a doubleheader that took place at the Coliseum. Next up for the reigning European Champions League titleholder will be a match this coming Wednesday at Houston's Reliant Stadim against Mexico City's Club America. Details here.

In the first game, the largest crowd ever in the United States to watch a soccer match involving a club team, 92,516 fans at the Coliseum watched the New England Revolution and Chivas USA battled to a 1-1 draw. Details here.
