FC BATE Borisov will be heading back to Belarus after their 3-1 series-opening road win over FH Hafnarjordur.Dmitri Likhtarovich, Vitali Radzionov, and Gennadi Bliznyuk provided BATE with the scoring.
At Belgrade, Serbia:
Ognjen Koroman the only goal of Red Star Belgrade's 1-0 series-opening home win over FC Levadia Tallinn.
At Zilina, Slovakia:
In the opening match of a two-game set between teams from what was once Czechoslovakia, Czech visitors Slavia Prague and Slovak club MSK Zilina battled to a 0-0 stalemate.
