After blowing a halftime lead, Schalke 04 came back to gain a 2-2 road deadlock with defending champs VfB Stuttgart Friday in the opening match of the 2007-08 Bundesliga season. Sub Ivan Rakitic equalized for the Royal Blues at 76 minutes.
