CAF Champions League: Michael Eneramo Goal Sends Esperance ST Into Final Against Defending Champs

At Rades, Tunisia:

Michael Eneramo scored the only goal of the match at 2 minutes as Esperance ST defeated visiting Al-Ahly on Sunday 1-0 in game two of their two-game CAF Champions League semifinal series.  With the aggregate score for the series at 2-2, the Tunisian club, thanks to the away goals rule (they scored the series' only road goal in the series opener in Egypt two weeks ago), advanced to the final, in which they will face defending champions TP Mazembe.

The two-match final will open sometime between October 29 and 31 at Lubumbashi, Democratic Republic of the Congo, with the return contest to take place a fortnight later at Rades, Tunisia.
