UEFA Champions League, Group E: Thomas Muller's PK Helps Bayern Sink Horses' Citizens and Roma Draw In England

Group-stage play in the UEFA Champions League resumed on Tuesday with eight games, two of them in Group E.

At Khimki, Russia:

Thomas Muller's successful penalty kick in the 22nd minute provided all the scoring as Bayern Munich defeated CSKA Moscow 1-0 on the road. That's him (center) celebrating after scoring.

At Manchester, England:

Francesco Totti's equalizer in the 23rd minute lifted AS Roma to a 1-1 road draw with Manchester City.  Sergio Aguero converted a penalty kick for the Citizens in the fourth minute. Here, we see City's Yaya Toure battling Roma's Miralem Pjanic for the ball.
