UEFA Champions League, Group G: Two-Draw Wednesday

Two games on Wednesday marked the opening of Group G action in the UEFA  Champions League.

At London:

Klaas-Jan Huntelaar's equalizer in the 62nd minute lifted Schalke to a 1-1 road draw with Chelsea.  Cesc Fabregas scored for the Blues in the 11th minute.  Here, we see the Royal Blues' Christian Fuchs tackling the Blues' Eden Hazard.

At Maribor, Slovenia:

Luka Zahovic's stoppage-time equalizer (90'+2) lifted NK Maribor to a 1-1 home draw with Sporting CP. Nani scored for the Lions in the 80th minute.  That's Maribor's Agim Ibrahimi (second from the right) contesting for the ball.
