At Astana, Kazakhstan:
Yevgeny Postnikov scored the game----and series-winning goal in the third minute of second-half stoppage time as FC Astana knocked off visiting HJK 4-3 in game two and, by that same score on aggregate, eliminated the Finnish club and advanced to the playoff round.
At Baku, Azerbaijan:
A 0-0 game-two stalemate on the road with Qarabag was good enough for Celtic as the Bhoys won their series 1-0 on aggregate.
At Prague, Czech Republic:
Ahmed Musa scored twice (34', 51') and Alan Dzagoev once (76') as CSKA Moscow defeated Sparta Prague 3-2 on the road in game two and took the series 5-4 on aggregate.
At Barysaw, Belarus:
Vevgeniy Yablonsky scored the only goal of the match in the 82nd minute as FC BATE Borisov defeated visiting Videoton 1-0 in game two and won their two-match series 2-1 on aggregate.
At Basel, Switzerland:
Birkir Bjarnason scored the game's lone goal in the opening minute of second-half stoppage time as FC Basel defeated visiting Lech Poznan 1-0 in game two and ousted the Polish club 4-1 on aggregate.
At Belgrade, Serbia:
Stefan Babovic (8'), Marko Jevtovic (60'), Andrija Zivkovic (69'), and Nikola Trujic (90'+1) each scored a goal as Partizan Belgrade doubled up visiting Steaua Bucharest 4-2 in game two and ousted the Romanian champs 5-3 on aggregate.
At Malmo, Sweden:
Nikola Durdic (7'), Markus Rosenberg (14'), and Vladimir Rodic (42') each delivered a goal as Malmo FF overcame their series-opening 2-0 defeat in Austria with a 3-0 game-two home win over FC Red Bull Salzburg and won their series 3-2 on aggregate.
At Bruges, Belgium:
Dion Cools (53'), Victor Vazquez (58'), and Obbi Oulare (82') each produced a second-half goal as Club Brugge overcame their 2-1 series-opening setback with a 3-0 game-two home domination of Panathinaikos and took their series 4-2 on aggregate.
At Elbasan, Albania:
Hamdi Salihi (16') and Gerhard Progni (55') delivered the scoring as Skenderbeu Korce registered a second 2-0 victory over visiting Milsami Orhei and ousted the Moldovan club 4-0 on aggregate.
At Plzen, Czech Republic:
Eran Zahavi scored twice in the final quarter-hour (PK-76', 83') as Maccabi Tel Aviv overcame their series-opening home defeat with a 2-0 game-two road win over FC Viktoria Plzen and eliminated the Czech club 3-2 on aggregate.
At Lviv, Ukraine:
In a contest played at Lviv due to the ongoing war conditions in eastern Ukraine, Oleksandr Hladkyy (25'), Darijo Srna (PK-65'), and Alex Teixeira (68') each scored once as Shaktar Donetsk dominated visiting Fenerbahce 3-0 in game two and took out the Turkish club by that same score on aggregate.
