At Kansas City, Kansas:
Guillermo Barros Schelotto provided all the scoring (14', PK-64') as the Columbus Crew snapped their eight-game road winless streak with a 2-0 shutout at the expense of the Kansas City Wizards.
At Sandy, Utah:
Omar Cummings' equalizer (88') enabled the Colorado Rapids to gain a 1-1 road draw with Real Salt Lake. Yura Movsisyan (79') accounted for the one RSL tally.
At Carson, California:
Eduardo Lillingston provided the game's lone goal at 38 minutes as Chivas USA blanked visiting Seattle Sounders FC.
