Sounders Cool Off Rapids; Galaxy End Dynamo Unbeaten Streak

At Seattle:

Nate Jaqua scored twice (48', 68') and Fredy Montero once (23') as Seattle Sounders FC overpowered the visiting Colorado Rapids 3-0, ending the Rapids' club-record eight-game unbeaten streak.

At Carson, California:

Todd Dunivant's goal at 24 minutes paced the Los Angeles Galaxy ended the Houston Dynamo's 11-match unbeaten streak 1-0 at home.
