Fabian Estoyanoff scored the series-winning goal in the 27th minute as Penarol gained a 1-1 road draw in game two with Caracas FC, enabling the Uruguayan club to win their two-game series four points to one.
At San Nicolas de los Garza, Mexico:
With Emanuel Herrera (PK-38') and Sebastian Jaime (68') providing the scoring punch, Chile's Union Espanola drew even with Tigres 2-2 on the road in game two, enabling them to take their two-game series four points to one.
