Red Dogs Win Romanian Cup, Go To Europa League Playoff Round

Emil Adrian Scarlatache scored the only goal of the match in the 57th round as Dinamo Bucharest defeated Rapid Bucharest 1-0 on Wednesday to win the Romanian Cup championship and a berth in the playoff round for next season's Europa League.  Rapid will play in the Europa League's second qualifying round.
