Copa Libertadores

Three games were played on Tuesday as the group stage of the Copa Libertadores resumed.

GROUP THREE:

At Puerto Ordaz, Venezuela:

Leonardo Castro scored the only goal of the match in the 73rd minute as Club Universitario defeated Mineros de Guayana 1-0 on the road.

At Belo Horizonte:

Cruzeiro and visiting Club Atletico Huracan battled to a 0-0 stalemate.

Group Three Standings:

1. Club Universitario (GP: 2; GD: +1; PTS: 4)
2. Club Atletico Huracan (GP: 2; GD: 0; PTS: 2)
3. Cruzeiro (GP: 2; GD: 0; PTS: 2)
4. Mineros de Guayana (GP: 2; GD: -1; PTS: 1)

NOTE:  Atletico Huracan has scored two goals thus far, compared to Cruzeiro's none.



GROUP SEVEN:

At Guayaquil, Ecuador:

Jorge Eduardo Recalde scored the only goal of Club Libertad's 1-0 road win over the Barcelona Sporting Club in the 77th minute.
