Earlier on Sunday in Moscow, Pepe delivered the equalizer in the opening minute of second half time, then Adrien Silva successfully converted an overtime penalty kick in the 104th minute for the winning goal as Portugal came from behind to upend Mexico 2-1 in the third-place game.
