At Frisco, Texas:
Roland Lamah scored twice (45'+3, 55') as FC Dallas doubled up visiting DC United 4-2.
At Commerce City, Colorado:
Clint Dempsey scored twice (8', 85') as the Seattle Sounders defeated the Colorado Rapids 3-1 on the road.
At Carson, California:
Jefferson Savarino scored twice (72', 77') as Real Salt Lake demolished the Los Angeles Galaxy 6-2 on the road.
