CONCACAF Nations League: El Salvador Promoted To League A; Guatemala Promoted To Group B

Group-stage play in the CONCACAF Nations League continued on Saturday with five games.

At Gros Islet, Saint Lucia:

Antonio Joseph scored the only goal of the match in the 38th minute as Saint Lucia defeated the visiting Dominican Republic 1-0.

At San Salvador, El Salvador:

Juan Carlos Portillo came through in the opening minute of second-half stoppage time as El Salvador defeated visiting Montserrat 1-0 to secure promotion to League A and a berth in the 2021 CONCACAF Gold Cup.

Ackeem Hyde recorded the game's lone tally in the 17th minute as the Cayman Islands defeated the visiting United States Virgin Islands 1-0.
