Two games were played in the FIFA Club World Cup on Tuesday at Khalifa International Stadium in Doha, Qatar.

In the semifinal contest, Giorgian De Arrascaeta (49'), Bruno Henrique (78'), and Ali Al-Bulaihi (OG-82') each scored once as Flamengo came from behind to overtake Al-Hilal 3-1 to advance to Saturday's final against the Liverpool-Monterrey winner.

The quarterfinal round of the FIFA Club World Cup took place on Saturday at Jassim Stadium in Doha, Qatar with two games.

In game one, Bafetimbi Gomis scored the winning goal in the 73rd minute as Saudi Arabia's Al-Hilal took the measure of Tunisia's Esperance de Tunis 1-0 for the right to face Brazil's Flamengo in Tuesday's semifinal.

UEFA Champions League, Group A: PSG, Blancos Win; Club Brugge To Europa League

Group-stage play in the UEFA Champions League concluded on Wednesday with eight games, two of them in Group A.

At Bruges, Belgium:

Vinicius Junior (seen here celebrating) scored what proved to be the game winner in the 64th minute as Real Madrid defeated Club Brugge 3-1.

Despite the defeat, the Belgian club still qualified for a spot in the Europa League's Round of 32.

At Paris:

Mauro Icardi opened the scoring in the 32nd minute as Paris Saint-Germain, with five players each scoring once, destroyed visiting Galatasaray 5-0 and ended the Turkish club's European campaign.
