Ricardo Bueno da Silva scored the winning goal in the 74th minute as Buriram United held off visiting Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam) 2-1.
At Bangkok, Thailand:
Stephan Schrock scored the only goal of the match in the 51st minute as Ceres-Negros of the Philippines defeated Fort FC 1-0 on the road.
At Melbourne, Australia:
Migjan Basha (4'), Josh Hope (37'), Robbie Kruse (59'), Nils Toivonen (81'), and Elvis Kamsoba (90') each scored once as the Melbourne Victory destroyed visiting Bali United from Indonesia 5-0.
WEST REGION:
At Tashkent, Uzbekistan:
Alisher Dzhalilov scored the game's lone goal as Tajikistan's Istiqlol knocked off Lokomotiv Tashkent 1-0 on the road.
NOTES:
Bonyodkor's scheduled match at home with Al-Zawraa (Iraq) was postponed until Wednesday; Iranian clubs Shahr Khodo and Esteghlal had their scheduled games postponed (at home against Al-Riffa of Bahrain and Kuwait's Al-Kuwait, respectively) since their home country's clubs were banned from hosting contests on orders from the Asian Football Confederation.
