Copa Libertadores Qualifying: Guarani, Barcelona (NOT That One)

The opening round of Copa Libertadores qualifying concluded on Wednesday with two games.

At Villa Elisa, Paraguay:

Edgar Benitez (17'), Nicolas Mana (25'), Fernando Fernandez (78'), and Rodney Redes (84') each scored once as Club Guarani demolished visiting San Jose 4-0 in game two to close out the Bolivian club 5-0 on aggregate.

At Guayaquil, Ecuador:

Damian Diaz (13'), Fidel Martinez (67'), and Pedro Velasco (73') each scored once as Barcelona SC defeated visiting Progreso 3-1 in game two and ousted the Uruguayan club 5-1 on aggregate.
