ANC: Even With Ten Men, Elephants Thump Ghana To Gain Quarterfinal Berth

In Friday's lone African Nations Cup contest, Ivory Coast locked up a berth in the quarterfinal round with a 3-1 victory at the expense of Ghana. Yao Kouassi Gervinho (23'), Siaka Chico Tiene (66'), and Didier Drogba (90') each tallied once for the Elephants, who still won the game with only ten men as Emmanuel Eboue was red carded at 55 minutes.
