At Edinburgh:
Jim Hamilton popped in the equalizer (48') enabling Dunfermline to gain a 1-1 road draw with Heart of Midlothian FC.
At Glasgow:
Rangers had to settle for a 1-1 home draw with Motherwell, as the visitors' Brian Kerr tied the score in the 51st minute.
At Paisley:
John Sutton's 65th-minute equalizer lifted St. Mirren to a 1-1 home draw with Inverness Caledonian Thistle.
