Thanks to goals from Vlad Munteanu (65') and Timo Rost (75'), Energie Cottbus came from behind to pick up a 2-1 road win over Alemania Aachen.
At Wolfsburg:
Visiting VfB Stuttgart and VfL Wolfsburg battled to a 1-1 draw, with all the scoring in the first half, provided by Wolfsburg's Mike Hanke (26') and Stuttgart's Mario Gomez (31').
At Bielefeld:
Heiko Westermann scored the only goal (72') in Arminia Bielefeld's 1-0 home win over Mainz.
At Bremen:
You can now call them first-place Werder Bremen, after their 3-1 win over FC Bayern Munich. Diego (11') and Pierre Wome (34') scored for the winners.
At Berlin:
Marco Pantelic's 73rd-minute goal was the game winner as Hertha Berlin defeated visiting Borussia Mochengladbach 2-1.
At Gelsenkirchen:
With first-half goals from Zlatan Bajramovic (17') and Levan Kobiashvili (27'), FC Schalke 04 held off Hannover 96 for a 2-1 home win.
