At Edinburgh:
Five different goal scorers powered Hibernian to a 5-1 brassknuckling of visiting---and slumping---St. Mirren.
At Glasgow:
Thomas Gravesen (24') provided the only goal in Celtic's 1-0 home triumph over Falkirk to maintain their 16-point advantage at the top of the SPL standings.
At Kilmarnock:
Nine-man Motherwell suprised homestanding Kilmarnock 2-1. Richie Foran (15') and James Paterson (20') scored for The Steelmen.
At Dundee:
Paul Hartley's successful penalty kick (55') lifted Hearts to a 1-0 road win over Dundee United.
At Dunfermline:
Visiting Inverness Caledonian Thistle and basement-occupying Dunfermline played to a 0-0 stalemate.
