The quarterfinal round of the Mexican Primera Division's Apertura Playoffs concluded with two games on Sunday.
At Torreon, Mexico:
Daniel Luduena scored the winning goal in the 73rd minute as Santos Laguna defeated visiting Jaguares 2-1 in game two of their two-game opening round playoff series and won the series 4-3 on aggregate.
At Mexico City:
Manuel Viniegra (11'), Lucas Lobos (26'), and Damian Alvarez (35') each delivered a first-half goal as Tigres dominated Pachuca 3-0 in game two and won their two-game series 4-0 on aggregate.
Santos Laguna will face Queretaro in one two-game semifinal series while Tigres will battle Morelia in the other.
