Deniz Bozkurt scored the only goal of the match in the 16th minute as Puerto Rico took the opening match of their two-game series with Grenada 1-0 at home.
At Guatemala City:
The opening match between Guatemala and visiting Bermuda ended in a 0-0 stalemate.
