Five games were played on Sunday as the second round of CONCACAF regional qualifying for the 2018 FIFA World Cup resumed.
At Providence, Guyana:
Tevin Slater scored twice (41', 57'), then Oalex Anderson scored the series-winning goal in the 66th minute as Saint Vincent and the Grenadines gained a game-two 4-4 road draw with Guyana, and, with the aggregate score at 6-6, advanced on away goals to the third qualifying round.
At North Sound, Antigua and Barbuda:
In a contest played in Antigua and Barbuda due to the lack of a suitable stadium in Saint Lucia, Josh Parker (70', 90'+3), Tevaughn (85'), and Aaron Tumwa (90'+5) delivered the goals as Antigua and Barbuda dominated Saint Lucia 4-1 in game two and won their two-match series 5-4 on aggregate.
At Belmopan, Belize:
Harrison Rochez (17'), Elroy Kuylen (37'), and Deon McCaulay (76') each delivered a goal as Belize dominated the visiting Dominican Republic 3-0 in game two and ousted the Caribbean country (or at least the country that occupies the eastern 3/5 of Hispaniola) 5-1 on aggregate.
At Cave Hill, Barbados:
Hadan Holligan scored the only goal of the match in the 78th minute as Barbados defeated visiting Arbua 1-0 in game two and won their two-match series 3-0 on aggregate.
At Havana, Cuba:
Vidarrell Merencia's goal in the 16th minute lifted Curacao to a 1-1 game-two road draw with Cuba and a berth in the third qualifying round via the away goals rule (1-1 on aggregate).
