Ignacio Piatti converted two penalty kicks (20', 28') while Blerim Dzemaili (38') and Anthony Jackson-Hamel (61') each added a goal on Tuesday night as the Montreal Impact overturned their series-opening road defeat of last week with a 4-2 game-two home victory on Tuesday against the Vancouver Whitecaps and won their two-game Amway Canadian Championship semifinal series 5-4 on aggregate.
The Impact will face the winner of the Ottawa Fury-Toronto FC series (which will be decided on Wednesday in Toronto with the USL's Fury up 2-1 on aggregate) in the two-game final, set to open on June 21.
