At Medellin, Colombia:

Mateus Uribe (35'), Dayro Moreno (44'), Andres Ibarguen (48'), and Nacnelly Torres (68') each scored once as Atletico Nacional dominated visiting Estudiantes 4-1.

At Rio de Janeiro:

Jose Ayovi (6') and Jonathan Alvez (23') each scored a goal as Ecuador's Barcelona SC locked up a berth in the knockout stage with a 2-0 road blanking of Botafogo.
