MLS: Philly, Fire, SKC, RSL Draw Wednesday Wins; Quakes And Lions Draw In San Jose

Five games were contested in Major League Soccer on Wednesday.

At Chester, Pennsylvania:

Fafa Picault (17') and Ilsinho (38') each scored once as the Philadelphia Union blanked the visiting Houston Dynamo 2-0.

At Bridgeview, Illinois:

Nemanja Nikolic scored twice (15', 74') as the Chicago Fire dominated the visiting Colorado Rapids 3-0. Fire goalkeeper Matt Lampson made four saves to earn the shutout.

At Kansas City, Kansas:

Gerso delivered a second-half hat trick in the span of thirteen minutes (56', 58', 69') as Sporting Kansas City whitewashed the visiting Seattle Sounders 3-0.

At Sandy, Utah:

Albert Rusnak scored twice (39', 51') as Real Salt Lake came from behind to defeat visiting New York City 2-1.

At San Jose, California:

Chris Wondolowski's equalizer in the 83rd minute lifted the San Jose Earthquakes to a 1-1 home draw with Orlando City.  

Carlos Rivas scored in the 80th minute for the Lions.
