In the opening match, second-half goals from Chris Muller (70') and Nani (90'+7) enabled Orlando City to come from behind to upend Inter Miami 2-1 in the first-ever competitive meeting between the two Florida clubs.

NOTE:  All MLS clubs except for FC Dallas (who withdrew after ten players and one staffer tested positive for COVID-19) will take part in the tournament.
