Results From UEFA Cup Group Stage Draw

On Tuesday, the draw for the placing of the forty clubs that qualified for the Group Stage of the 2007-08 UEFA Cup took place at Nyon, Switzerland:

Here are the eight groups of five teams each:

Group stage play begins on October 25. Each team will play four games, one against each other team in its group. The top three finishing clubs in each group will move on to the knockout stage, where they will be joined by the third-place finisher from each of the eight UEFA Champions League groups. The knockout stage will begin with the round of 32. Then on until next May's one-game final at City Stadium in Manchester, England, it will be two total-goals, home-and-away series in each round.
