At Omdurman, Sudan:
Sudanese club Al-Hilal, thanks to goals from Haitham Mustafa (41'), Yusuf Mohamed (47'), and--with the game winner--Eviani (90'), opened Group B play in the 2008 CAF Champions League with a 3-2 home win over Enyimba FC from Nigeria. This winning goal came two minutes after Enyimba's Stephen Worgu equalized at 88 minutes.
