At Frisco, Texas:
Defending champions Pachuca advanced to the semifinals following their 1-1 draw with Santos Laguna. Damian Ariel Alvarez got the Gophers on the scoreboard in the 4th minute. However, Santos Laguna's Cristian Benitez equalized at 72 minutes.
