O-League: Auckland City Clinches Group B Title; PRK Hekari United Dethroned; Koloale Eliminated Too

Match Day #5 in the group stage of Oceania's Champions League took place during this weekend.


Both games in Group A were played on Saturday:


At Honiara, Solomon Islands:


Mostyn Beui scored twice (20', 66') as Koloale FC defeated visiting PRK Hekari United 2-1.  Both clubs were still eliminated from the tournament.


At Port Vila, Vanuatu:


Fenedy Masauvakalo's hat trick (7', 45'+2, 89') lifted Amicale FC to a 5-1 thrashing of visiting Lautoka FC.

2. Lautoka FC (GP: 5; GD: -7; PTS: 7)
3. Koloale FC Honiara# (GP: 5; GD: -1; PTS: 6)

At Faaa, French Polynesia:


Georges Gope-Fenepej scored twice (78', 81') as AS Magenta dominated hosts AS Tefana 3-0 on Friday.


At Auckland, New Zealand:


Stuart Kelly scored the only goal of the Match on Sunday as Auckland City locked up the Group B title and a berth in the two-match final with a 1-0 home win over Waitakere United.

1. Auckland City* (GP: 5; GD: +5; PTS: 11)
2. AS Magenta (GP: 5; GD: 0; PTS: 7)
3. Waitakere United (GP: 5; GD: -1; PTS: 5)
