UEFA Champions League Group H: Smashing Win In Belarus For Barca; Home Shutout Win For Rossoneri

UEFA Champions League action continued with two games played in Group H on Wednesday.


At Minsk, Belarus:
Lionel Messi




Lionel Messi, pictured here,  scored twice (38', 56') as Barcelona demolished FC BATE Borisov 5-0 on the road.  The match was played in Minsk because BATE's home stadium didn't meet UEFA's criteria.


At Milan, Italy:


Zlatan Ibrahimovic


Zlatan Ibrahimovic (PK-53') and Antonio Cassano (66') broke what had been a scoreless stalemate with their second-half goals as AC Milan bested visiting FC Viktoria Plzen 2-0.
