With the withdrawal of the Baltimore Sportif Club (Haiti) from the tournament, the number of entrants in Group Four from the second round of the CFU Club Tournament was reduced to three (Puerto Rico Islanders, Caledonia AIA from Trinidad and Tobago, and George Town SC from the Cayman Islands).


In the opening match in this group on Monday, the Puerto Rico Islanders and AIA Caledonia battled to a 0-0 stalemate.
