Goals from Lucas Barrios (43'), Macnelly Torres (53'), Sebastian Gonzalez (79') powered Colo-Colo to a 3-1 road win over Palmeiras.
Group Six:
At Caracas, Venezuela:
Caracas FC blanked visiting Chivas de Guadalajara 2-0. Jaime Bustamante (45') and Dario Figueroa (50') provided the scoring for the Venezuelan club.
