Miami Pulls Plug On Expansion Bid

Miami pulled the plug on its bid on Tuesday for a Major League Soccer expansion franchise. Meanwhile one of the four survivors in the race for two 2011 MLS expansion clubs may have seen its' chances to landing a club improve.
