Monday, May 20 at Port of Spain:
Jamal Gay scored the only goal of the opening match as Caledonia AIA (Trinidad & Tobago) defeated Portmore United (Jamaica) 1-0.
Wednesday, May 22 at Couva:
Nathan Lewis (13') and Kenyon Edwards (68') each delivered a goal as Caledonia AIA locked up a berth in the Champions League with a 2-2 second-game draw with Portmore United, enabling the Trinidadian club to win the series 3-2 on aggregate.
